About Me
Hi - I’m Sarah
My skillset
My clients tell me that working with me can be like finding a missing jigsaw piece to their puzzle, as I am able to listen, reflect and hold space in a way that facilitates their thinking and provides transformational change.
Working together has helped to build confidence in self-trust, and explore new ideas.
As a Chartered Accountant and qualified Executive and Team Coach, I bring commercial rigour and strong analytical skills.
I understand the challenges and complexities that individuals and organisations face and I know how people think, how organisational cultures develop, and how to cultivate positive teams. This means that together we create meaningful, tangible results.
I use a variety of tools and techniques in coaching sessions to provoke new thinking from my clients and encourage them to adopt new approaches.
In particular, I am accredited to use the Real World Group® Performance Leader Identifier® tool, which enables leaders to self-assess their behaviours and identify areas of strength and for development.
I’ve worked across a variety of public, private, and third sectors including a 10-year career with a global professional services firm and a leadership role within a high-growth private-equity backed technology business. My career now includes a non-executive portfolio through which I’ve chosen to support organisations with a strong social purpose.
All of this knowledge is at the heart of the individual and team coaching work I do but also extends into my governance and strategy consultancy work.
My life
I was born a Geordie, growing up in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the UK. I am now based in Manchester with my partner and an excitable Border Terrier.
I love nothing more than being by the sea or walking near the mountains and lakes of Cumbria (appreciated all the more when there’s a local pub at the end of the walk).
Clients like working with me for my approachability, my honesty and my sense of humour.
I have some strong personal values that provide me with a compass to help steer me through life. These include curiosity, compassion and inclusion.

Like you, I have also invested in coaching, and time and effort in developing my skillset. Here are some of the professional qualifications and memberships I bring to the table.
This knowledge enables me to bring a wealth of different tools and modalities into my coaching practice.
