Sirise Coaching, based in Greater Manchester, offers executive coaching in the North West with diverse experience across the commercial sector, public sector, third sector etc. Our face to face appointments mainly take place in the Greater Manchester area, however we can work anywhere in the UK via video conferencing.

Sirise is led by Sarah Parr, who started out as a Chartered Accountant. Today the company works with a wide range of businesses, from large scale corporates, to emerging entrepreneurs in the commercial, charity and third sectors. We can come alongside you as an innovative thinking partner, help you build stronger teams, make better decisions or develop new leaders.

As a professional thought partner, Sarah has worked with all types of businesses assisting leaders to explore their ideas, challenges and strategies in a safe place. Experienced as a board member; non-executive director; and CA, Sarah understands the complexity of business, finance, stakeholder relationships and corporate culture and the ways they overlap

She is also knowledgeable about diverse sectors and how one can learn from the other. “While I’ve worked extensively in public housing, I have clients in other sectors, who respect me just as much” she says.  “Part of the reason my clients value me as an advisor is that I work in a broad range of sectors and value the cross fertilisation of ideas. Whilst the commercial sector is often seen as leading edge and more agile, I believe that there is a lot to learn from the public and third sector, in particular with regards to working in partnership and better understanding the organisation’s stakeholders. 

Coaching in the North West and beyond

At Sirise, we have clients in Stockport, Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire who we work with face to face. However, we are not bound by geography, we also work with clients across the UK, using Zoom.

Our clients work in sectors including retail, housing, marketing, supply chain and financial services.
